July 10: We stayed the night of the 9th in Fort Collins. We started our day with a tour through Rocky Mountain National Park. We started off taking the Old Fall River Rd, which is a one-way dirt road, that winds up the Rockies and ends up at the highest visitor center in the entire National Park System. After that, we toured the remaining park by winding down the mountains. What a beautiful place!

Wyoming Nights |
After experiencing the beauty of Rocky Mountain we traveled to Riverton, Wyoming to meet Woody's and Alex's family. We enjoyed a meal and a night at Daria's house (Woody's mom), breakfast with Amanda (Woody's sister) and then snuck into town for a bit to get Jewel's first tattoo (thanks Kim! Looks Great!) We enjoyed a few minutes with the Rottweiler puppies at Amanda's house and then headed to the Wood Family Cabin.
July 11: The cabin was our base of operation for the Wyoming portion of our trek across the National Parks. Before driving up the mountain to the cabin we stopped for gas in Dubois. We had to take a picture with the jackalope. It's a tradition :)
We enjoyed a little Fate of the Furious after arriving and then spent the next day at the Grand Teton National Park. WOW!

After Grand Teton we went to Jackson to get a little refreshment before returning to the cabin.
July 12: Our last day in Wyoming included driving through Yellowstone. Busy place. Some amazing sights but such a large park - hard to see everything in one day. We hit Old Faithful (of course) and a few other hot spots before heading north. After driving through Yellowstone we spent the night in Livingston, Montana.
